FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS
Based on the number of purchases and the total amount spent, all Words.in.Frames customers will be enrolled into 4 levels of membership, namely Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
| ♦ To be a Platinum member, customer must make 20 or more purchases and spend S$1,000 or more. |
| ♦ To be a Gold member, customer must make 10-19 purchases and spend S$500 or more. |
| ♦ To be a Silver member, customer must make 5-9 purchases and spend S$250 or more. |
| ♦ To be a Bronze member, customer must make 1-4 purchases and spend S$50 or more. |
The discount entitlement for each membership level is as follows:

Customers can also contact us if you are unsure of your membership level. Customers will then use their respective promotional code when checking out their orders to enjoy the discount.
