1. What special discount promotions Words.in.Frames offer?  
   
   1st, if you are our returning customers, you will enjoy discount level based on your membership level.  Platinum, gold, silver and bronze members will enjoy 20%, 15%, 12% and 10% respectively.  Membership levels are based on the number of purchases and total amount spent by the customers.  All customers will receive a Promotional Code based on their membership level via e-mail. Customers will then use this promotional code when checking out their orders to enjoy the discount. Please see our Promotions & Discounts section to find out the qualification criteria for each membership level. 
   
   2nd, if this is your 1st purchase with Words.in.Frames, you will enjoy a 5% discount if (1) you LIKE our Facebook page or follow us on Instagram, (2) you know about us at our road shows or (3) if you are a SingaporeMotherhood.com member. Please see our Promotions & Discounts section to find out the various promotional codes to be used when you check out your 1st order.
   
   
2. Is there any further discount if I order more than one frame?
   
   Unfortunately, no. Though our artworks are hand-made individually, we do not over-price them and they are very reasonably priced; when customers receive the frames, they all appreciate and recognize the amount of effort put in to make the frames far outweighs the price they pay for the frames.
