1. Is there any delivery charges?

    Delivery is free when the total amount after discount is S$50.00 or more, subjected to the condition that the frame(s) are delivered to one delivery location. If the frames are to be delivered to more than one delivery location, there will be a S$5.00 delivery fee charged per additional delivery location. If the total amount after discount is less than S$50.00, there will be a S$5.00 delivery charge per delivery location.

  2. Does the frame come with a box?

    With effect from 1 January 2013, box will no longer be provided for all frame sizes. Only frames with sizes 1 to 10 will be wrapped in sealed plastic bags instead.

  3. What is the typical delivery lead time of an artwork frame?

    It depends on how long the customers take to review and confirm the artwork design. The more revisions the customers make to the artwork design, the longer the entire process will take. And upon confirmation of the artwork design, it typically takes 1-3 weeks to make and deliver the frame, depending on the complexity of the artwork.

  4. If I need an artwork frame urgently, e.g. less than 7 calendar days, can it be done?

    Yes, but an Express Service Charge amounting to 20% of the price of the artwork will be imposed. If customers need the frame in less than 3 days, an additional 30% Super Express Service Charge will be added.

  5. Can I self collect my frame?

    Yes. Customers can self collect the frames at Pasir Ris MRT Station.

  6. Does deliver your artwork frames via SingPost or local couriers?

    To avoid the risk of losing or damaging our artwork frames during delivery, we deliver our artwork frames personally, right to the door step of customers' home or office. For this reason, the delivery fee of S$5.00 we charge per delivery location is very reasonable and it is a value-adding service that we provide for the convenience of our customers. The fee merely covers the travel cost and time.

  7. If re-delivery is required, do I need to pay the S$5.00 delivery fee again?

    If for some unforseen circumstance that arises and the delivery date & time has to be re-scheduled ( at least 4 hours before delivery ), customers do not need to pay the S$5.00 delivery fee again. But if the frame(s) are delivered on the agreed date & time and there is no one to receive the frame(s), customers will need to pay the S$5.00 delivery fee again for re-delivery. Alternatively, customers can opt for self-collection.

  8. Do you do night delivery or weekend delivery?

    Yes we do but no later than 10:00pm, and not on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings or on Sunday ( whole day ).
